    "description": "<h2>Role Summary</h2>\n<p>Urban Outfitters is looking for a Male Fit Model to support our Production & Sourcing teams with the design and technical design of garments. This role is used by a fashion designer or clothing manufacturer to check the fit, drape and visual appearance of a design on a human being; thus, they effectively act as a live mannequin. A person is selected to work as a fit model primarily on criteria matching the desired proportion and measurement specifications of the designer or manufacturer. These specifications generally consist of height, bust-waist-hip circumference, arm and inseam length, shoulder width, and a myriad of other measurements as indicated by the garment type.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>*Please note this is not a fashion model or print model position.</strong></p>\n<h2>Role Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide useful and concise feedback on garment fit, feel, and construction to Technical Designers, etc.</li>\n <li>Must be able to maintain standard URBN body measurements & stay within given tolerances (ranging from +/- 1/4\" to ½”)</li>\n <li>Have good interpersonal skills, can work well with others in a team environment</li>\n <li>A fit model must remain fit and healthy; and must maintain a groomed appearance</li>\n <li>Be able to stand for extended periods of time in fittings</li>\n <li>Must be able to work under pressure and for long hours</li>\n <li>Must be flexible, dependable, reliable, hardworking and capable of taking direction.</li>\n <li>Wear-test garments upon request</li>\n <li>No experience is necessary, you will receive on-the-job training</li>\n <li><strong>*Must be available every Wednesday from 2-4 pm</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>*Seasonal bulk fits will usually take place 2 half days every other month.</p>\n<p>*Special fit projects will also be required and scheduled on an as needed basis.</p>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Measurements:  Men's Size Medium</strong></p>\n<p>Across Shoulders: 18”</p>\n<p>Chest: 38 ½”</p>\n<p>Waist: 32”</p>\n<p>Hip at fullest point: 38\"</p>\n<p>Sleeve Length – Neck to Wrist: 33 7/8”</p>\n<p>Thigh: 22\" (1” below crotch)</p>\n<p>Height: 5'10 ½” to 5’11 ½”</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-KD1</p>\n<h2>The Perks</h2>\n<p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
