Qualifications & Experience •    Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Success within an MSP or IT services environment. •    Proven success in managing multiple client relationships with a consultative, customer-first approach. •    Strong understanding of IT service delivery models, managed services, and cybersecurity fundamentals. •    Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. •    Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and business opportunities. •    Experience with CRM and PSA systems (HubSpot, HaloPSA, or similar). •    A proactive attitude, accountability for results, and genuine care for client outcomes.
