In this role, you'll lead infrastructure deployment projects from start to finish, working across multiple teams.</p><p>As an Infrastructure Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li class=\"lst\">Capturing high level technical project requirements from internal stakeholders;</li><li class=\"lst\">Collaborating with a cross-functional team to create technical solutions and support the deployment<br />of the project;</li><li class=\"lst\">Building and maintaining project schedules, providing status updates to key stakeholders, and guiding projects to completion</li><li class=\"lst\">Identifying, assessing, tracking, and mitigating issues or risks and anticipating bottlenecks</li><li class=\"lst\">Balancing business priorities with technical constraints by aligning resources, deadlines, and scope based on stakeholder input</li></ul><p><b>Do what you love</b></p><p>To be successful in this role you will:</p><ul><li class=\"lst\">Have solid experience within a network engineering environment within telecom, internet services, data center, etc.</li><li class=\"lst\">Demonstrate background in technical project management, with the ability to drive<br />projects from planning through execution.</li><li class=\"lst\">Communicate clearly and effectively, translating complex technical concepts into language<br />that's easy for various stakeholders to understand.</li><li class=\"lst\">Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on<br />track.</li><li class=\"lst\">Foster a collaborative, team-first environment<br />by leveraging interpersonal skills to influence others positively</li></ul><p><b>Work in a way that works for you</b></p><p>FlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
