Arcadis is seeking a <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> to join our Resilience Water Team in Miami, Florida!</p>\n<p>This is more than just a project management role — it’s an opportunity to use your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovative solutions for conveyance, treatment, and master planning projects across Miami-Dade County and South Florida. You’ll play a key role in delivering transformative municipal infrastructure, mentoring rising talent, and strengthening client partnerships — all while growing your own career with a global leader in sustainable design and engineering.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<p>As a client-facing Project Manager and Engineer, you’ll lead the delivery of diverse water and wastewater projects. Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Managing the planning, design, and construction of treatment facilities, pump/lift stations, and distribution and collection systems</li>\n <li>Leading cross-functional project teams from concept through completion</li>\n <li>Building trusted relationships with municipal clients and guiding them through every step of the project lifecycle</li>\n <li>Mentoring junior staff and ensuring technical excellence across your team</li>\n <li>Developing scopes of work, budgets, and construction documents</li>\n <li>Supporting strategic growth efforts through proposals, pursuit planning, and teaming strategy</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>Required Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline</li>\n <li>10 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering</li>\n <li>12 years of experience managing municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater projects</li>\n <li>P.E. license (or ability to obtain one in Florida within 6 months)</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
