The ideal candidate will support stores in the area and grow and cultivate various commercial clients in the <strong>Southern Saskatchewan</strong> <strong>region</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Ideal applicants will possess knowledge of commercial tire application’s and have a solid sales acumen. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What do we offer?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>We offer a competitive salary with a performance-based bonus structure, with the potential to earn up to $70,000 - $100,000 per year inclusive of bonuses.</strong></li>\n <li>We help take care of you and your family with our impressive health, dental and vision benefits</li>\n <li>A retirement savings plan with company matching to help you achieve your financial goals</li>\n <li>Excellent coaching and the freedom to succeed</li>\n <li>Great discounts for you and your family on tires, parts, and mechanical services</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your duties will include:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow up with customers, updating their requirements, purchases, and buying levels.</li>\n <li>Verify product availability and offer alternatives when necessary.</li>\n <li>Handle sales requests via phone, fax, mail, and during sales calls.</li>\n <li>Collect and input customer details into the system.</li>\n <li>Drive profitable growth in alignment with Operations and Corporate Sales goals.</li>\n <li>Ensure customer satisfaction by processing requests promptly and providing top-tier service.</li>\n <li>Provide after-sales support and address complaints efficiently.</li>\n <li>Perform fleet inspections and assist the inside sales team with phones, deliveries, and customer service.</li>\n <li>Complete a call planner, implement sales strategies, and provide comprehensive call reports.</li>\n <li>Travel within your territory, establishing a monthly solicitation schedule and targeted sales plans for customers, store owners, and suppliers (e.g., Goodyear).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What does it take to get on track?</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>2+ years of work experience in Sales and Service in the Tire Industry or related Industrial experience is required.</strong></li>\n <li>Valid Drivers License, with a satisfactory Drivers Abstract from province of residence</li>\n <li>Offer self-motivation, self-initiative and the ability to perform under pressure</li>\n <li>Must participate in continuing education to upgrade knowledge in order to carry out responsibilities/duties.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50 kilograms</li>\n <li>Being customer focused and available to work flexible a schedule</li>\n</ul>\n<p>At Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work—competitive compensation, a manager with a large support network, and the chance to learn and grow</p>",
