The Frame Assembly Technician supports efficient production operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.</p><p>Requirements</p><p>  </p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assemble frame components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.</li><li>Verify parts and materials prior to assembly to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete frame assembly tasks.</li><li>Inspect assembled frames to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.</li><li>Identify and report any defects, material issues, or discrepancies to the Frame Shop Lead or Supervisor.</li><li>Maintain an organized work area and ensure tools and materials are properly stored.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>Assist with moving materials, parts, and finished frames within the department as needed.</li><li>Work collaboratively with other Frame Shop team members to meet production schedules and goals.</li><li>Support other production activities within the Frame Shop when needed.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic engineering drawings.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.</li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand and power tools.</li><li>Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods during the work shift.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.</li><li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around machinery and materials.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Benefits:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li></ul><p>ECS Composites is an equal opportunity employer.
