          "text": "<p>The Workforce Coordinator&#xa0;is accountable for managing the operations schedule for studio employees,&#xa0;ensuring&#xa0;all employee&#xa0;is properly documented&#xa0;and supporting the Studio Leadership&#xa0;in all workforce administration issues.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare monthly work schedules for&#xa0;studio&#xa0;employees.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure new employees are properly added to employee shift rotations and&#xa0;confirm they are properly credentialed for the assignments given.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Set up and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;daily rotation schedules and employee break assignments to ensure balanced coverage&#xa0;and smooth operational workflow.&#xa0;</li><li>Manage and process employee shift exchange requests, ensuring adequate coverage, adherence to scheduling policies, and&#xa0;timely&#xa0;updates to the work schedule.&#xa0;</li><li>Oversee and process employee time off requests ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, policy compliance, and&#xa0;timely&#xa0;updates to the work schedule.&#xa0;</li><li>Administer uniform distribution and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;records of issued items to ensure each employee receives and returns the correct uniform pieces.&#xa0;</li><li>Follow up on resigned employees and remove them from the schedule according to the last working day information.&#xa0;</li><li>Verify and ensure that work schedule calculations are&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;and properly coded in payroll system.&#xa0;</li><li>Make necessary corrections in existing work schedules and update information related to employee status changes, holidays, workload adjustments, etc.&#xa0;</li><li>Add information to work schedules&#xa0;regarding&#xa0;planned employee training sessions, corporate events, photo sessions, and other related activities.&#xa0;</li><li>Analyze&#xa0;feedback and recommendations from the&#xa0;Studio Leadership&#xa0;that could improve work schedules and employee satisfaction.&#xa0;</li><li>Prepare&#xa0;reports and presentations&#xa0;related to workforce management.&#xa0;</li><li>Perform other duties within the scope of the held position as instructed by management.</li></ul>",
