We are passionate about our work and committed to delivering high-quality design and installation services to our clients. </p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p>Summary Description: </p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p>Responsible for general warehouse, inventory, production and install functions for the holiday program and for securing renewal contracts and providing clients with new items and designs as needed.   </p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p>Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): </p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Prepare renewal documents and communicate with clients to secure renewals. </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Assists Account Managers and Holiday Operations Manager with walkthroughs and new designs for holiday proposals. </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Tracks change in orders for production, inventory and installation.  </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Maintains correct documentation for contracts, production and installation specifications in Salesforce and Holiday Document Library. </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Maintains photo library of all installations.  </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Assists with other holidays as needed including but not limited to Lunar New Year, Earth Day, Easter, and Halloween. This includes staging materials, delivery and installation functions. </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Assists with creating holiday installation schedule.   </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Schedules production tasks and assign tasks to seasonal workers so that all production is completed in time for installation.  </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Communicates standards and techniques to seasonal workers. </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Responsible for 15% of holiday production. </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Tracks inventory use and need and communicates all need to procurement.  </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Maintains appropriate supply inventory for production and installation. </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Stages all products and supplies needed for holiday installation every day. </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Assists with installation on site as needed. </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Stows all returning material to expedite take down.  </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Maintains a clean and orderly warehouse. </p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p lang=\"en-us\" xml:lang=\"en-us\">Benefits for Full Time Eligible Include: </p>\n\n<p lang=\"en-us\" xml:lang=\"en-us\">Medical with contribution coverages on our health program as defined by plan <br />\nDental as defined by plan <br />\nVision as defined by plan <br />\n401K as defined by plan <br />\nPaid Holidays as defined by company policy <br />\nPersonal Time Off (PTO) based on the accrual allotment as defined by the company policy </p>\n\n<p lang=\"en-us\" xml:lang=\"en-us\"> </p>\n\n<p>Physical Requirements: </p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: </p>\n\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or hear.
