We are looking for a self-starting, detailed, organized BIM detailer who is a team player with good communication skills. Field Foreman experience is highly desirable.</p>\n<p>#dynsd</p>\n<p>#LI-onsite</p>\n<p>#LI-AE1</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working within a project team to develop strategies for BIM execution on medium and large commercial and industrial projects</li>\n <li>3D & 2D drafting of electrical systems</li>\n <li>Coordination of electrical systems with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, and fire protection systems</li>\n <li>Quality control of all PDF documents sent to the field for installation purposes</li>\n <li>Communication with project team to issue field deliverables in timely manner</li>\n <li>Any other duties as assigned/needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
