Job Summary Dynalectric Company San Diego is hiring for a BIM Detailer. We are looking for a self-starting, detailed, organized BIM detailer who is a team player with good communication skills. Field Foreman experience is highly desirable. #dynsd #LI-onsite #LI-AE1 Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Working within a project team to develop strategies for BIM execution on medium and large commercial and industrial projects 3D & 2D drafting of electrical systems Coordination of electrical systems with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, and fire protection systems Quality control of all PDF documents sent to the field for installation purposes Communication with project team to issue field deliverables in timely manner Any other duties as assigned/needed Qualifications To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Familiarity with project management/document control software. Familiarity with construction/financial software packages. REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES The requirements listed below are representative of characteristics and demonstrated capabilities sought to perform this job successfully. Must demonstrate integrity, honesty, professionalism and commitment to company values. Must be self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
