service.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Interaction with shop technicians providing parts for repairs.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Oversees customer work orders from creation to close and invoicing.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Place orders with suppliers.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Freight expense control.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain daily shipping and receiving.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Complete and file all parts department paperwork.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain communication with customers on parts ordering, wait times, and provide updates as needed.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ensure ongoing efficiencies and improvement of the department by making updates and responding to new developments.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Sales and customer service skills.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Organization and mathematical skills to manage inventory, pricing and estimates.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Mechanical and parts knowledge and experience sufficient to work closely with parts in inventory.</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">2-3 years&rsquo;
