We are looking for energetic and professional <strong>Valet Driver Supervisor </strong>who thrive in high-energy environments. As the first point of contact for fans and guests, you will play a key role in delivering a great guest experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join a dynamic team where your success is supported.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>\n<h4><strong>1. Premier Guest Experience & Communication</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Proactive Service:</strong> Deliver a high-end experience for Marlins fans and VIPs. Resolve guest requests efficiently.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Stadium Expertise:</strong> Maintain expert knowledge of loanDepot park entry points, local Little Havana streets, and nearby freeways to provide seamless directions.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Clarity & Transparency:</strong> Clearly communicate valet rates, game-day procedures, and retrieval times to customers during peak stadium hours.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>2. Vehicle Safety & Operations</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Detailed Inspection:</strong> Carefully inspect every vehicle upon arrival, noting and reporting any findings to maintain accountability and trust.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Safety First:</strong> Navigate stadium parking structures and surface lots with care, observing all traffic laws and safe driving practices.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Proactive Reporting:</strong> Immediately report any incidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the management team to ensure a secure environment for all fans.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>3. Professional Standards & Team Play</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Game-Day Reliability:</strong> Attendance is critical. Arrive on time for every scheduled shift, ensuring we are fully staffed for the pre-game rush.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Professional Image:</strong> Maintain a clean, crisp, and complete uniform at all times, representing the professional standards of the Miami Marlins valet operation.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Support management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth, winning operation from the first inning to the last.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must have a valid Driver’s License.</p></li>\n <li><p>Clean <strong>MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)</strong> is mandatory.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Game Days).</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be able to run/move quickly to retrieve vehicles during the \"post-game rush.\"</p></li>\n <li>Prevoious Valet Parking experience</li>\n <li>Customer Service experience is a big plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements / Work Environment</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally</li>\n <li>Must be able to work to work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift (hot, cold, humid, precipitation, etc.).
