CS is a full-service tractor, trailer and truck repair facility specializing in medium and heavy-duty over-the-road tractor and trailer repairs. We have been awarded an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and selected as one Top Work Places in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022, by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p>\n<p>• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair our customers Heavy Duty Diesel Trucks and Tractor Trailers• Provide quality customer service.• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components• Performing preventative maintenance measures on fleet semi-trucks and trailers• Assembling and dissembling vehicle engines and cleaning the fuel tanks.• Maintaining hubs and axles and adjusting or replacing them when required• Inspecting, servicing, and replacing trailer parts, including tires• Checking and repairing the brake, electrical, and hydraulic system• Testing all systems and equipment for performance issues• Ensuring that trailers meet the U.S. Department of Transportation's road safety requirements.• Compiling inspection reports, documenting repairs, and reporting all findings to management.• Responding as soon as possible to client queries, interacting with our customers in person or via phone.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE</strong></p>\n<p>• 4+ year Tractor-Trailer Mechanic experience or related field preferred • Follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks• Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders• Basic computer skills to submit repairs for billing• Ability to work in a team environment while following shop safety procedures• Knowledge in ABS, brakes, diagnostics, electronics, lights, hydraulics, suspensions, Power, Reefer, Heavy Duty• Provide own tools</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT</strong></p>\n<p>• Experience with welding• High School Diploma</p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER YOU</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off including holidays</li>\n <li>401(k) with company match after 90 days of employment</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental and Vision plans</li>\n <li>Disability Insurance</li>\n <li>Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program</li>\n <li>Boot reimbursement programs</li>\n <li>Tool reimbursement program</li>\n <li>Family oriented company that believes in a true work/life balance</li>\n <li>Save on commute costs – take your truck home with you!</li>\n <li>Fuel card</li>\n <li>Experienced team you can learn from</li>\n <li>Locally-run, family-oriented business</li>\n <li>Opportunities for growth in partner businesses nationwide</li>\n <li>Hourly pay w/ incentives - no flat rate</li>\n <li>Bonus/ Incentives program with high earning potential</li>\n <li>M-F & some Saturdays, as needed</li>\n <li>Time and a half on holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>* Performance incentives that pay between $300-$1000</strong></p>\n<h2>Posted Salary Range</h2>USD $30.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.",
