We reached our current strength because our employees, customers, and shareholders believe in the same fundamental goals: <em>Delivering a wide variety of financial services with a superior customer service guarantee.</em></p><p><br></p><p>Weekly Working Hours: 40</p><p><br></p><p><em>JOB SUMMARY:</em></p><p>Under general managerial direction: Analyzes various Operational, Systems, or financial processes for assigned department and/or division.</p><p><br></p><p><em>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</em></p><ul><li>Facilitate the processing of ACH origination files adhering to internal and industry deadlines.</li><li>Assist internal and external callers with troubleshooting inquires, research and problem resolution.</li><li>Support other operational functions including but not limited to Remote Deposit Capture, eStatements, Online Banking and Cash Management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. Attend continuing education in regulatory compliance related to their assigned job responsibilities.</li><li>Participates in special projects and performs additional job-related duties as required and back-up to all ACH Operations.</li><li>Implements upgrades to electronic bank products.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned including the support of other automated products and services.</li></ul><p>MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS NEEDED TO PERFORM JOB FUNCTIONS:</p><p>Previous work experience in financial and production process analysis, preferably within a financial institution: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Industrial Engineering/Quantitative Analysis or related field desirable. Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills required. Strong PC Lotus 1-2-3 and related software application skills required.</p><p><br></p><p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p><p>Works for extended periods of time on PC.</p><p><br></p><p>MENTAL DEMANDS:</p><p>- Analyze and recommend changes to current operational and system procedures to increase production and decrease expenses.</p><p>- Prioritize multiple demands while meeting strict project deadlines.</p><p>- Identify new technologies or enhancements to current systems to further automate operations.</p><p>- Program upgrade and/or changes to automated processes.</p><p><br></p><p>EQUIPMENT USED TO PERFORM FUNCTIONS:</p><p>PC, printer, telephone.</p><p>DECISION MAKING: (Give examples of decisions and recommendation made by incumbent)</p><p>- Identify how to consolidate various user requirements to produce a useable system or procedure upgrade which meet a variety of needs.</p><p>- Develop and present cost benefits analysis related to recommendations.</p><p><br></p><p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: (List number of subordinates)</p><p>Directly Supervised: -0-</p><p>Supervised by Subordinates: -0-</p><p><br></p><p>FINANCIAL IMPACT:</p><p>Actions directly impact the division's annual expense budget of approximately $15.5 million.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
