    "description_html": "<p></p><p>Please contact [email protected] for more information about this position<br><br>Centerline is seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician or Machine Rebuilder to join our team specializing in precision spindle repair and rebuilding for CNC milling, turning, grinding, and routing equipment. <br><br>Relocation Incentive: Up to $4,500 toward housing purchase for candidates relocating from 45+ miles or out of state.<br><br>Performance-based bonuses for completed jobs<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Disassemble, repair, and rebuild CNC spindles and related components</li><li>Fabricate, assemble, and process mechanical and electrical parts to specification</li><li>Inspect components and subassemblies for accuracy and quality</li><li>Perform failure analysis and in-process testing</li><li>Reassemble machine components, including spindles, drives, and assemblies</li><li>Ensure all work meets precision tolerances and performance standards</li></ul><b>Mechanical Skills & Experience</b><ul><li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings</li><li>Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, gauge blocks, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of spindle components: shafts, housings, drawbars, pistons, springs, tool changers</li><li>Knowledge of proper disassembly and reassembly sequences</li><li>Hands-on experience with shop equipment: presses, hoists, grinders, drills, torches</li><li>Ability to perform minor rework using manual lathe, mill, and drill press</li><li>Experience with balancing and testing equipment preferred</li></ul><b>Electrical Skills</b><ul><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams</li><li>Experience using diagnostic tools (ohm meter, oscilloscopes, encoder testers, etc.)</li><li>Safely connect and test spindle systems</li><li>Experience with spindle drives and motor programming (preferred)</li><li>Soldering and wiring of connectors and components</li><li>Understanding of sensors and encoders within spindle systems</li></ul><b>Hydraulics & Pneumatics</b><ul><li>Read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams</li><li>Identify and measure seals, O-rings, fittings, hoses, and valves</li><li>Understand systems related to lubrication, tool change, cooling, and air sealing</li></ul><b>Qualifications</b><ul><li>Experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or Machine Rebuilder</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical troubleshooting ability</li><li>Experience working with precision equipment and tight tolerances</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><b>Compensation & Benefits</b><ul><li>Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)</li><li>Bonus structure based on completed jobs</li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>Simple IRA retirement plan</li><li>Stable, full-time position with growth potential</li></ul><ul><li><p><b>About Centerline</b><br>Centerline specializes in the repair and rebuilding of precision spindles for a wide range of CNC machine tools.
