If you are looking for a great opportunity to pursue a rewarding career with a company known for quality and big savings, apply today!</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">As a member of the Human Resources team, the HR Manager will oversee all processes related to the human resources function at our distribution centers.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">Additional responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:</p><ul><li><span>Manage all HR functions for two distribution center sites, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll/timekeeping, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding</span></li><li><span>Implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements</span></li><li><span>Partner with site leadership to address workforce planning, staffing needs, and organizational development</span></li><li><span>Oversee compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies</span></li><li><span>Administer compensation and benefits programs for warehouse staff</span></li><li><span>Manage employee conflicts and disciplinary processes when necessary</span></li><li><span>Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and safety awareness</span></li><li><span>Maintain accurate HR records&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Analyze turnover trends and implement retention strategies</span></li><li><span>Support managers with performance evaluation processes and talent development</span></li><li><span>Serve as the primary liaison between corporate HR and distribution center personnel</span></li><li><span>Oversee HR Assistant position</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">Successful candidates for the Human Resources Manager role should have the ability to work independently and lead the team to successfully manage processes to meet deadlines and serve the coworker population.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">Additional requirements of the Human Resources Manager include:</p><ul><li><span>Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across diverse workforces, preferred</span></li><li><span>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred</span></li><li><span>5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in distribution/warehouse environments preferred</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to warehouse operations</span></li><li><span>Experience managing HR functions across multiple locations</span></li><li><span>Strong conflict resolution and employee relations skills</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software systems</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</span></li><li><span>PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification highly desirable</span></li><li><span>Understanding of safety protocols specific to warehouse environments</span></li><li><span>Proven track record of implementing HR initiatives</span></li><li><span>Ability to travel between sites on a regular basis&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Experience with high-volume staffing and seasonal workforce planning</span></li><li><span>Prior knowledge of DOT regulations preferred</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><u>Benefits</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">At Boscov's, we value our employees, and that's why we provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.
