From sunset dinner cruises to elegant waterfront events, our crew blends polished hospitality, seamless marine operations, and unforgettable waterfront views to create exceptional guest experiences.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;cruise&nbsp;</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders; assist with menu selections and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;suggestive selling&nbsp;</li><li>Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally in accordance with &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;service standards&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain polished dining room presentation with properly set and reset tables&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure menus are clean, accurate, and properly placed&nbsp;</li><li>Keep dining rooms, service stations, and public areas organized and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;guest-ready&nbsp;</li><li>Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and Board of Health standards&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in safety drills and comply with all maritime safety procedures</li><li>Arrive in uniform, complete pre- and post-shift duties, and support other &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;departments as needed</li><li>Maintain professionalism and discretion at all times&nbsp;</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>2-3 years of serving experience required; 1-2 years of upscale or high-volume &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;experience preferred</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions&nbsp;</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven service environment&nbsp;</li><li>Friendly, outgoing personality with enthusiasm for guest interaction</li><li>Ability to safely navigate stairs while carrying service items&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to carry and balance service trays or items up to 50 lbs</li><li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed</li><li>Ability to work onboard for 2–5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;hours</li><li>Valid Food Handler’s Card preferred (e.g., ServSafe) preferred upon hire, or must be obtained within 2 weeks of hire</li><li>Valid Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or state-approved equivalent) preferred upon hire or must be obtained within 2 weeks of hire</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Pay + Tips</li><li>Medical &amp; ancillary benefits (Full-time Employees)</li><li>401(k) with Employer Match</li><li>Subsidized Parking</li><li>Complimentary Cruise Tickets &amp; Brand Discounts</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to help Yacht StarShip Create a Sea of Memories?
