As a Disability Outcomes Coach, you’ll walk alongside people who self-manage their disability funding and employ their own staff. You’ll simplify complex systems, build confidence, and empower individuals and whānau to take control of their support journey.</p>\n<p>You’ll embed the<br>Enabling Good Lives principles into everyday practice and help turn goals into achievable, measurable outcomes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you bring lived experience of disability (personally or within your whānau), or strong advocacy experience within the sector , we would genuinely value your perspective.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p>You will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a caseload of Individualised Funding (IF) and Younger Persons with Disabilities (YPD) clients and families</li>\n<li>Coach individuals to confidently self-manage their funding</li>\n<li>Support the development and review of personal outcome plans</li>\n<li>Provide clear guidance on purchasing rules and eligible claims under <span>Whaikaha – Ministry of Disabled People</span></li>\n<li>Celebrate progress and milestones with the people you support</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records that reflect the journey and outcomes achieved</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring | Ō Pūkenga</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in disability, health, or client-focused support services</li>\n<li>A strong belief in self-determination and empowerment</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and active listening skills</li>\n<li>Confidence navigating systems and explaining complex information clearly</li>\n<li>Solid computer skills and database experience</li>\n<li>A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously</li>\n<li>A full NZ driver’s licence and legal right to work in New Zealand</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Every day, your work will help someone move closer to living the life they choose.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Closing Date | Rā katinga:</span> 6 June 2026</p>",
