The Shipping Associate follows the organization’s standards of quality and shipping best practices.</p><p><br></p><p>To excel in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, be able to multitask, have strong computer skills, and get along well with others. The Shipping Associate is responsible for loading materials to be shipped and for ensuring that orders being shipped out are sent with the correct materials. The ideal candidate will also have 2-3 years of manufacturing experience and experience operating forklifts.</p><p><br></p><p><em><strong>This position is a temp-to-hire using a third-party agency. Employees are evaluated after 90 days and offered a position with the company if they are meeting expectations.</strong></em></p>",
