This role involves the delivery of comprehensive flight instruction, mission planning, and debriefing ensuring pilots are equipped with the skills necessary to execute complex aerial maneuvers and tactical missions safely and effectively.<span>  </span>Reporting to the Vice President, Tactical, their duties and responsibilities will include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Instruction and Training:<br></span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span>· </span></span>Conducting classroom, simulator, and in-flight instruction on advanced tactical flying techniques, combat maneuvers, and mission execution<br><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span>· </span></span>Developing and implementing training curricula and materials that meet military standards and operational requirements<br><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span>· </span></span>Evaluating pilot performance through practical assessments and providing constructive feedback to improve skills and competencies<br><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span>· </span></span>Staying current with new aviation technologies, tactics, and training methodologies to ensure the highest quality of instruction</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mission Planning and Execution:<br></span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">·  </span><span>Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of training missions and exercises</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span>·  </span></span>Providing expertise in tactical mission planning, including bold;\">Requirements:</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span>·  </span></span>Bachelor’s degree in aviation, aeronautical engineering, or a related field is required</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span>·  </span></span>Minimum of 500 hours in a single pilot high performance jet is required</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span>·  </span></span>Operational experience on a front-line fighter aircraft is required</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span>·  </span></span>Previous instructional experience is preferred<br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span>·  </span></span>A valid Transport Canada (CPL) Commercial Pilot’s Licence (more than 200 hours of flight experience) is required</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span>·  </span></span>Valid Military pilot certification is required</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span>·  </span></span>Valid Instructor qualification is required</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span>·  </span></span>Transport Canada ratings and endorsements to provide instructions on different types of
