    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>The role:</strong>As the Sr Director, Global Distribution & Logistics Excellence, you will lead the Global D&L Support team, covering Compliance, Inventory Control, Systems, Analytics, and Project Support. You will act as a strategic partner to the VP Global D&L and regional leaders, helping to define global standards, drive operational excellence, and ensure strong compliance and governance across all regions. This role also serves as the primary backup to the VP Global D&L and plays a key part in shaping the global D&L strategy, transformation agenda, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>How you would contribute:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and develop the Global D&L Support team, including Compliance, Inventory Control, Technology & Project Support, Systems, and Data Analytics functions.</li>\n <li>Initiate and coordinate global strategic planning activities and maintain the D&L roadmap (short- and long-term).</li>\n <li>Drive global standardization of processes across regions and identify improvement opportunities.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong governance structures ensuring compliance, risk management, and “second line of defense” controls.</li>\n <li>Oversee development of systems, tools, and technology solutions supporting global distribution and logistics operations.</li>\n <li>Ensure high-quality project and event support across regional operations.</li>\n <li>Lead the development of inventory control frameworks ensuring high accuracy across global warehouse locations.</li>\n <li>Drive analytics, KPI frameworks, and data-driven decision-making across D&L.</li>\n <li>Foster a strong culture of collaboration, engagement, talent development, and succession planning.</li>\n <li>Promote best practice sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement across global teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills and Background Required to be Successful:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education & experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).</li>\n <li>12+ years of leadership experience in large, international Distribution & Logistics environments.</li>\n <li>Proven experience in global or multi-regional supply chain operations.</li>\n <li>Strong exposure to outsourced logistics models and third-party logistics providers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).</li>\n <li>Experience with logistics systems, automation, and inventory control frameworks.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with data-driven decision-making tools.</li>\n <li>Excellent command of MS Office and reporting/analytics tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership & soft skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspiring and collaborative senior leader with strong people development focus.</li>\n <li>Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority.</li>\n <li>Strong cultural awareness and experience working in global, matrix organizations.</li>\n <li>Highly structured, disciplined, and execution-oriented.</li>\n <li>Strong customer and results orientation.</li>\n <li>High ethical standards with strong compliance mindset.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li>\n <li>Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).</li>\n <li>Strong drive for continuous improvement and transformation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer:</strong>At Herbalife, we believe in building an environment where people can thrive, grow, and make a real impact.
