We are proud to have instilled a shared sense of responsibility and commitment among our approximately 10,000 employees located throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Process monthly regular Rental & CAM payments to Lease Vendors</li>\n <li>Process timely lease reconciliations & communicate with vendors</li>\n <li>Process and Support month-end close activities for various typical GL/R2R functions.</li>\n <li>Maintain general ledger, record accrual entries and other transactions.</li>\n <li>Communicate promptly with Internal/External (Landlords) stakeholders & provide required information.</li>\n <li>Prepare and/or review monthly account reconciliations for key accounts as assigned.</li>\n <li>Review and analyze consolidated financial information. </li>\n <li>Support multiple accounting projects to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.</li>\n <li>Review Internal controls and Processes and look for continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Independently handle statutory and internal audits</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>B.COM/MBA/M.COM with 4-8 year of experience / CA Inter with 3 -5 years of experience</li>\n <li>Experience in Accounts Payable Process such as Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, Vendor Reconciliations, GR/IR etc.,</li>\n <li>R2R Roles Experience in handling R2R Accounting functions such as Fixed Assets, Payroll, Prepaid, Accruals etc.,</li>\n <li>Review & process lease invoices & post necessary adjustment accounting JE’s during the month</li>\n <li>Hands on Experience to manage Period end close Processes and close books of accounts</li>\n <li>Experience in processing journal entries, invoices, reconciliations</li>\n <li>Extensive knowledge of MS Excel </li>\n <li>Working knowledge in SAP and Blackline & Hyperion</li>\n <li>Experience in working with analytical tools like Qlik, Power BI</li>\n <li>Experience in Handling <strong>US counterparts</strong> is an added advantage</li>\n</ul>",
