You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish ensuring completion on time and within budget.<br />Responsibilities:<br />•    Serve as the point of contact for project management staff, subcontractors, building owners and managers, building engineers, architects, and more<br />•    Generate detailed and accurate conceptual budgets from space plans, and/or renderings and/or scope notes<br />•    Conduct meetings with clients, architects, and other partners to provide project updates<br />•    Manage project life cycle including subcontractor negotiations and buyout, project scheduling, material procurement, RFI&apos;s, pencil draws, change order management, and project close out<br /><br /></p>",
