You should be a qualified accountant with experience in private equity fund administration. You will be expected to have excellent written and verbal communications skills, a proven ability to multi-task, and outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills.</p><p></p><ul><li>Manage multiple client relationships, including scheduling and meeting all client deliverables.</li><li>Oversee the preparation of financial statements, partner capital statements and the underlying work papers.</li><li>Act as subject matter expert on accounting standards applied to all Luxembourg Funds.</li><li>Participate in new business discussions with prospects and existing clients.</li><li>Prepare goals and career development plans for direct reports and complete performance appraisals.</li><li>Oversee and assist with the preparation and review of management fee calculations and waterfall models.</li><li>Oversee and assist with the preparation and delivery of drawdown and distribution notices to limited partners.</li><li>Oversee and assist with the preparation and coordinate the filing of monthly and quarterly  regulatory reporting such as SPV reporting.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with operations teams in India and New York as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and regulatory authorities.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Bring:</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Post qualification experience dealing with and reporting on Fund Structures.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to critically and constructively review prepared financial statements.</li><li>Strong background in review of fund and deal related legal documents.</li><li>Team player with the ability to coordinate deliverables within a team – this will be very important as cross-team interaction is critical to the smooth running of the group.</li><li>An understanding of the control environment associated with private equity administration.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent follow-up, analytical and problem solving skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong client service focus, including the ability to effectively respond to client needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or similar).</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and UK GAAP an advantage</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><i>We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
