Job description: We are actively seeking candidates to become a part of Financial Sector Mobile Patrol Program. This program is a high energy, challenging patrol program that requires critical thinking, sound decision-making and problem-solving ability. Responsibilities: Completes patrol-based activities applying strategy and tactics to identify and mitigate real and perceived issues. Provide an alert presence that deters theft, vandalism, trespassing and other crimes Maintain a customer-friendly approach while providing solutions to security concerns. Present a professional image that complies with strict standards Must be able to create articulate, chronological, and accurate reports Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to react calmly, quickly, and effectively in problematic situations. Physically capable of performing all aspects of the assignment including but not limited to standing for extended periods of time, performing multiple tours of the property on foot, and climbing stairs Must be able to operate standard security equipment which includes: vehicles, radio's, cellular devices, and others. Qualifications: Must have a valid, state issued Driver’s License in good standing Security officer License (PERC) and 20 Hour Training Certificate A US citizen or an alien lawfully authorized to work in the United States Law Enforcement/ Military background or 60 Semester Hours (Associate Degree) in a related field 1 year minimum of previous security experience Must pass a background and drug screening Excellent communication skills- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Keen attention to detail Sufficient analytical ability to identify suspicious or unusual situations and react appropriately. Sufficient organizational skills to complete daily administrative responsibilities. CPR certified and trained in first aid. Some placement may require AED certification.
