If you enjoy being a part of a fast -paced&nbsp;</strong><strong>team&nbsp;</strong><strong>alongside our Skin and Wound Specialists, you will find this to be a great career.&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><hr><p><br></p><p><strong>Who we are looking for:</strong></p><p>Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) &nbsp;&mdash; including new graduates &mdash; who want to make an impact in skin and wound care through in-home patient visits. You bring the passion&mdash;we&rsquo;ll provide the training and support!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Traveling independently to Private Homes, Adult Family Homes, and Independent Living Facilities</li><li>Independently perform wound care, including photo documentation of skin conditions, dressing changes, and UltraMist treatments (pain-free debridement) &ndash; seeing approximately 6-8 patients a day&nbsp;</li><li>Apply and remove topical medications and dressings</li><li>Collaborate with our providers virtually through audio/visual visits</li><li>Occasionally assist the provider in person with wound care procedures</li><li>Perform administrative tasks and complete documentation as necessary</li><li>Abide by company safety protocols for every visit; i.e. check in and check out</li><li>Participate in regular team meetings for training, team building, and professional development</li><li>Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Skills required to succeed:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>LPN; licensed in working state</li><li>Driving!
