You will implement AI-assisted testing workflows, integrate quality gates into our CI/CD pipelines, and work closely with development and DevOps teams to embed a shift-left testing culture across engineering.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><em>Automation Framework Development &amp; Execution: </em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and execute load and stress testing suites using k6 and JMeter, validating platform behaviour under peak traffic conditions and defining performance benchmarks for release sign-off.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Cloud and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing within AWS-based staging and PreProd environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Performance, Load &amp; Environment Testing: </em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and execute load and stress testing suites using k6 and JMeter, validating platform behaviour under peak traffic conditions and defining performance benchmarks for release sign-off.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Cloud and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing within AWS-based staging and PreProd environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Testing Strategy &amp; Release Quality: </em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute detailed test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing for trading platforms and client-facing web properties.</li>\n<li>Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing, including mobile via BrowserStack, ensuring consistent user experiences across devices and browsers.</li>\n<li>Perform API testing using Postman with automated monitor collections and Slack-integrated alerting.</li>\n<li>Support formal release sign-off processes with structured test cycles, defect traceability, and documented approval gates before production deployments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>AI-Augmented QA &amp; Continuous Improvement: </em><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive adoption of AI-assisted testing workflows, including automated test case generation, intelligent ticket triage, and LLM-powered test coverage analysis integrated into our SDLC.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain automation agents using tools such as n8n, Claude, and OpenAI APIs to automate repetitive QA tasks, including regression suite triage, Jira ticket processing, and test report summarisation.</li>\n<li>Continuously improve test efficiency and reliability through tooling improvements, smarter test selection, and automation of manual workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><em>Technical Expertise: </em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end web automation, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, including BrowserStack integration.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub Actions, and in integrating automated web tests into cloud-based deployment pipelines.</li>\n<li>Solid background in API testing using Postman with automated monitor collections, and performance/load testing using k6, with experience designing realistic load scenarios and interpreting results for release decisions.</li>\n<li>Experience with test management platforms, preferably QMetry for Jira, including test plan creation, cycle management, execution tracking, and defect traceability reporting.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience integrating AI and LLM-based tools (such as Claude, OpenAI) into QA workflows, including building automation agents and AI-assisted testing pipelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Experience:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a senior automation engineering role and significant exposure to complex, high-availability platforms in regulated or financial services environments.</li>\n<li>Experience in financial services, forex, or CFD trading platforms is strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to deliver quality automation solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Soft Skills:</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple layers of technology.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.</li>\n<li>Self-driven and detail-oriented, with a passion for quality engineering and a continuous improvement mindset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Schedule: </span><span>09:00 - 17:00 (Hybrid Model: 3 days from office, 2 days from home)</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?
