This dynamic role involves providing strategic, clinical, and administrative oversight for our comprehensive, multidisciplinary Wound Care Center, ensuring the delivery of state-of-the-art patient care and driving program growth and innovation.</p>\n<p><strong>Opportunity Information:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the clinical direction of the Wound Care Center, developing and implementing advanced, evidence-based treatment protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care and outcomes.</li>\n <li>Drive the strategic growth and development of the program, including the expansion of services and integration of new technologies like hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).</li>\n <li>Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and technicians, fostering a collaborative and scholarly environment.  </li>\n <li>Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical outcomes, and ensure full compliance with all regulatory, DNV, and Joint Commission accreditation standards.</li>\n <li>Eligibility for faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.</li>\n <li>Highly competitive compensation package, including a robust benefits package.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements Include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>M.D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic Schoo<strong>l</strong></li>\n <li>Board Eligible or Board Certified</li>\n <li>Fellowship Trained </li>\n <li>Obtain or have the ability to obtain a New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS </li>\n <li>Must possess the specialized training and certification required to medically direct and supervise hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Starting Minimum Rate</h2>HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $237959. Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty. Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
