This role requires strong analytical capability, strategic communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Apply advanced analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives</li>\n <li>Analyze program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules</li>\n <li>Perform management, technical, and business case analyses</li>\n <li>Collect, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapons, and acquisition programs</li>\n <li>Track program/project status, milestones, and schedules, including earned value management (EVM) metrics</li>\n <li>Support development and maintenance of program schedules and tracking tools</li>\n <li>Assist program leadership in formulating and delivering strategic messaging and required reports</li>\n <li>Develop and deliver briefing materials on behalf of the Program Office</li>\n <li>Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads in coordinating with industry partners</li>\n <li>Ensure communications align with Program Office strategic goals and intent</li>\n <li>Produce high-quality technical documentation, reports, and briefings</li>\n <li>Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a dynamic environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h2>Required Education</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree (MA/MS) from an accredited college or university</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Over ten (10) years of combined experience performing duties described above</li>\n <li>At least five (5) years of experience managing <strong>Electronic Warfare (EW)</strong> technology development programs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least ten (10) years of experience supporting <strong>NAVAIR</strong> program management, technical, or business analysis disciplines related to acquisition and lifecycle management</li>\n <li>Minimum of six (6) years of recent experience in program analysis and planning</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Program/project status tracking</li>\n   <li>Earned Value Management (EVM)</li>\n   <li>Integrated master schedules (IMS)</li>\n   <li>Strategic communications and technical writing</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance. </li>\n   <li>Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.</li>\n   <li>Salary range: $151,000 - $176,000 (<em>The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)</em> </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About being a part of Team AVIAN</strong></p>\n<p>As an employee-owner, you’ll be a catalyst for progress — helping us find new opportunities with current or new customers, company efficiencies, streamline processes, and bring people and ideas together in smarter ways.
