This role owns the integrity of financial reporting, internal controls, and the close process, ensuring the enterprise has accurate, timely, and decision‑ready financial information.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As a builder of high‑performing teams, the Controller inspires and develops accounting leaders while partnering closely with Finance leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to advance financial insight, strengthen planning and forecasting, and elevate performance across a complex, project‑based, multinational business.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Through thoughtful, inclusive leadership, the Controller acts as a technical authority&mdash;championing strong governance, continuous improvement, and financial acumen across the organization.
