With more than 60,000 completed projects, we’re known for delivering high-quality, innovative and reliable building envelope solutions to commercial, industrial and institutional clients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of glazing projects across multiple stages. This role works closely with Project Managers and field teams, contributing to project execution, coordination, and overall performance, while developing toward full project ownership.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction projects</li>\n<li>Coordinate communication between project teams, field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants</li>\n<li>Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking</li>\n<li>Prepare and review shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation</li>\n<li>Support procurement activities including material tracking, deliveries, and vendor coordination</li>\n<li>Assist with submittals, close-out documentation, warranties, and compliance requirements</li>\n<li>Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and timelines</li>\n<li>Help identify and resolve project issues, delays, or coordination challenges</li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and project specifications</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring to the Team</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction, with exposure to glazing systems (curtainwall, window wall, structural glazing, etc.)</li>\n<li>Diploma or degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Building Science is an asset</li>\n<li>Experience supporting projects in a fast-paced commercial construction environment</li>\n<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Office, and/or estimating software</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project workflows</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively</li>\n<li>Eagerness to grow into a Project Manager role</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Snapshot </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Head Office – 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Type: Full-Time, Onsite</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Hours of Work: M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (based on experience) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports To: Glazing Manager</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Vacancy Reason: New Position</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Number of Positions: 1</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Bothwell-Accurate</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Real opportunities to grow and advance </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A team that supports you like family </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive benefits that grow with you </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bi-weekly pay you can count on </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work on high-profile, high-impact projects </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Where your work shapes skylines, and your growth shapes your career. <span><br><br></span></p>\n<p>Bothwell-Accurate Co.
