We're looking for a <strong>Registered Nurse</strong> who thrives at night and shines in the evening hours to join our <strong>inpatient care team</strong> full-time.</p>\n<p>RiverView Health has an opening for a Full-Time <strong>Registered Nurse</strong> for our Hospital-Inpatient Unit (IPU).  This position will cover the in-patient unit shifts between 6pm-6am.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Direct Patient Care</strong> - Develops and implements care plans based on patient condition and medical protocols.  Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician. Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Documentation and Reporting - </strong>Accurately document patient care and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR).</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Communication and Collaboration</strong> - Communicate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members. Provide patient education on care plans, discharge instructions, and medications.</li>\n <li><strong>Patient Advocacy and Safety</strong> - Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u> Minimum(s):</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current State of Minnesota RN license. </li>\n <li>Current American Heart BLS certification is required. If not currently certified, training will be provided, and certification must be obtained within 4 months of date of hire.</li>\n <li>Current American Heart ACLS certification is required. If not ACLS certified, we will train within the first year.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred(s):</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>ICU, ER, Medical, Surgical or OB experience.</li>\n <li>2+ years’ experience working night shifts</li>\n <li>5+ years of Hospital Inpatient experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Competencies:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must work well under pressure and be sensitive to concerns and confidentiality of the patient</li>\n <li>Ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds with professionalism and care</li>\n <li>Ability to work at night through the early morning hours</li>\n <li>Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency in EMR systems and office software</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Our Team?</strong>Supportive, team-oriented environment with competitive pay and benefits package.Professional development opportunities.</p>",
