This role requires technical proficiency, creative vision, and the ability to operate cameras independently or as part of a crew in various field environments&mdash;including interviews, documentary shoots, branded content, and commercial productions.</p><p>The ideal candidate is confident operating cinema-grade camera systems on location and understands how to adapt to different lighting, movement, and shooting conditions while staying true to the director&rsquo;s vision.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Operate camera systems on-location during shoots for interviews, b-roll, commercial spots, and documentary projects</li><li>Collaborate with directors, producers, and crew to frame, compose, and execute visually compelling shots</li><li>Set up and adjust cameras, lenses, filters, tripods, gimbals, and other stabilization tools</li><li>Support on-set lighting adjustments and exposure settings for natural or controlled environments</li><li>Monitor footage quality, focus, and continuity during filming</li><li>Ensure accurate shot execution based on storyboards, scripts, or real-time direction</li><li>Capture supplemental footage, behind-the-scenes content, or environmental shots as needed</li><li>Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing camera equipment and accessories</li><li>Maintain and clean camera gear, ensuring all equipment is shoot-ready</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues on set under real-world conditions</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>3+ years of experience as a camera operator, videographer, or cinematographer in the film/TV industry</li><li>Proficient with industry-standard cameras (e.g., RED, ARRI, Sony FS/FX series, Canon C-series, Blackmagic)</li><li>Strong understanding of composition, camera movement, and exposure</li><li>Experience with field production logistics and working in varied lighting conditions</li><li>Familiarity with wireless monitoring systems, external audio sync, and file offloading</li><li>Ability to work independently or within a small crew in fast-paced environments</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented under pressure</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to travel for regional productions</li><li>Bonus: Drone operation experience, lighting or audio knowledge, or FAA Part 107 certification</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div>\n",
