          "text": "<p>CRB is seeking a Campus Recruiter to support the growth and execution of our Early Careers program. This role will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top intern and new graduate talent across multiple offices. As we continue to expand our campus presence, this individual will serve as a critical partner in delivering a high-quality, consistent, and engaging candidate experience while supporting hiring teams throughout the recruiting lifecycle. You will work closely with the Program Manager, who focuses on program strategy, partnerships, and long-term growth, while you bring the recruiting process to life through execution, relationship-building, and operational excellence.</p><p>In partnership with the Talent Acquisition&#xa0;Manager&#xa0;and Early Career Program Manager,&#xa0;you will&#xa0;support the deployment of the&#xa0;early career&#xa0;programs&#xa0;for all U.S. locations.&#xa0;This&#xa0;position&#xa0;will report to the&#xa0;Talent Acquisition Manager.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Own the end-to-end recruiting process</strong> for early career roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer support</p></li><li><p><strong>Manage candidate experience and logistics</strong>, including interview scheduling, communication, and providing a smooth, engaging process from start to finish</p></li><li><p><strong>Partner with hiring teams</strong> to align on role needs, support intake meetings, and help guide hiring decisions</p></li><li><p><strong>Support campus events and career fairs</strong>, including coordination, execution, and candidate follow-up</p></li><li><p><strong>Track and manage candidate pipelines</strong>, ensuring data is accurate and progress aligns with recruiting goals and KPIs</p></li><li><p><strong>Contribute to program improvement</strong>, bringing ideas to enhance processes, candidate experience, and overall program success</p></li></ul><p><strong>What Will Make You Successful</strong></p><ul><li>You are highly organized and thrive in execution-heavy environments</li><li>You care deeply about candidate experience and creating meaningful interactions</li><li>You take ownership of your work and follow through on details</li><li>You are proactive and solutions-oriented</li><li>You enjoy building relationships and collaborating across teams</li></ul>",
