We are looking for a Full Time Key Holder to join this team. Interested? Apply now!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A Key Holder contributes to creating a customer-centric environment by supporting the store leadership team in excellent customer service, daily store objectives, consistent product flow and leading the team to achieve overall store goals. </p>\n<h2>Role Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Customer Experience  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions  </li>\n <li>Contributes to a selling environment by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product information and pricing </li>\n <li>Delivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding of product, pricing strategy, and utilization of technology </li>\n <li>Supports the customer in-store pickup process including loading of furniture into vehicles  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Leadership + Team Management   </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads the store environment and customer experience with managing and adjusting the daily zone chart, driving sales, and maximizing productivity in all store areas   </li>\n <li>Acts as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer’s experience   </li>\n <li>Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability</li>\n <li>Provides insight on associate performance to the leadership team for development </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Visual + Business Operations  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains standards and cleanliness by supporting daily tasks to create the best possible store environment; collaborates with key partners to receive and place new product    </li>\n <li>Supports daily opening and closing procedures along with ensuring product pricing and promotions are executed and signed accurately  </li>\n <li>Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store    </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Communication + Relationships    </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Actively participates in daily meetings and takes initiative in teaching and sharing of product knowledge   </li>\n <li>Checks in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives </li>\n <li>Assists the Associate team in their growth and problem solving; supports new hire onboarding in their orientation and zone development   </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Leadership experience </li>\n <li>Great communicator able to set clear objectives and follow through  </li>\n <li>Must be comfortable on a ladder and have ability to lift and push more than 50lbs  </li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The Perks</h2>\n<p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
