The Aiya family business is Japan's largest producer of premium Matcha green tea (champagne in the world of teas). Key Account Manager (w/m/d)
Fulltime – Hamburg
Your future field of activity
Management and development of key accounts in the foodservice, hospitality, and gastronomy sectors: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. Strategic customer consulting: Analyzing customer needs and developing tailored solutions and offers. Contract negotiations: Conducting price and contract negotiations with customers while taking company objectives into account. Market and competitor analysis: Identifying market trends and competitor activities in order to recognize opportunities and risks at an early stage. Coordination with internal departments: Close collaboration with marketing, product development, customer service, and logistics to ensure optimal customer support. Revenue responsibility: Achieving agreed sales targets and revenue growth. Reporting: Preparing reports and forecasts for management to analyze customer development. Participation in trade fairs and customer events: Representing the company and maintaining the network.
About you
You are a communicative sales professional. You have several years of sales experience in the foodservice sector, ideally in hospitality, gastronomy, or the out-of-home market. You work independently, have a confident presence, are articulate, and have a strong willingness to learn. You enjoy celebrating personal achievements, and challenges motivate you. You have a very good command of German and English. An additional language is, of course, a plus, but not essential

Salary
The minimum annual salary for this position is €60,000 on a full-time basis. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications.
