    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<div>\n <div>\n  <strong>Position Summary:</strong>\n </div>\n <div>\n  The Security Guard role oversees and monitors the safety and security of the campus, company security practices, and provides customer service to the company as directed.\n </div>\n <div>\n  &nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  This is an on site position at our Corporate Office in Reading, PA.&nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  &nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  <strong>Major Responsibilities:</strong>\n </div>\n <div>\n  • Monitor safety and security of the campus by:\n </div>\n <div>\n  &nbsp; - Performing routine patrols of buildings and campus grounds\n </div>\n <div>\n  &nbsp; - Monitor to deter unauthorized entries of buildings\n </div>\n <div>\n  &nbsp; - Performing patrols to provide protection against fires and/or other dangerous situations\n </div>\n <div>\n  &nbsp; - Deterring criminal activity, and respond to other irregular activities\n </div>\n <div>\n  • Perform a customer service function by answering inquiries and providing direction to visitors, contractors&nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  and associates..&nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  • Exercise control of access to entrance and secure areas by using admitting procedures.\n </div>\n <div>\n  • Represent Penske in a highly professional manner.
