    "description": "<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>BayCare Medical Group’s Cardiac Center of Excellence</strong>, based out of St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in <strong>Tampa, Florida</strong>, is seeking a board-certified APRN/PA-C Pediatric and Adult Congenital Cardiac Surgery APP.  At least three years of post-training work experience with pediatric cardiac surgery patient care is required.  RNFA certification is required.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this full-time role, you will be working alongside our Pediatric and Adult Congenital Cardiac Surgeons both in and out of the operating room.  Experience in caring for pediatric cardiac patients in a variety of settings, including ICU, is required. You will also serve as a patient advocate, acting as liaison between patients and physicians.   Schedule will include eight-hour shifts Monday thru Friday, with the option to transition to four ten-hour shifts once training is completed.  Call responsibilities include approximately 15 days per month.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Position requires: </strong>Florida licensure and certification PA-C or APRN. Minimum of two-years of experience <em>(within the last 12 months)</em> in pediatric surgical subspecialty field, with first assist experience.
