This role offers opportunities for professional development and career advancement.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<p>As a Construction Scheduler & Analyst, you will play a key role in developing, monitoring, and managing project schedules while ensuring contractor compliance and project success. Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and manage project schedules and narratives using production and budget data.</li>\n <li>Support baseline scheduling during the bid process with estimating and engineering teams.</li>\n <li>Update approved schedules and financial reporting tools to reflect work progress and delays.</li>\n <li>Analyze production progress and identify risks to schedule or budget.</li>\n <li>Provide status reports for weekly and monthly project update meetings.</li>\n <li>Review contractor-submitted baseline and periodic schedule updates.</li>\n <li>Maintain internal project planning schedules and a program master schedule.</li>\n <li>Review and develop time extension requests and post-construction delay analyses.</li>\n <li>Compile and analyze project status reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education/Knowledge:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.</li>\n <li>Relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.</li>\n <li>Expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Primavera P6.</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office Suite with expert skill level in Excel.</li>\n <li>Experience with vertical and horizontal construction projects.</li>\n <li>Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Who We Are Looking For</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in construction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education/Knowledge:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PE</li>\n <li>CCM</li>\n <li>PSP</li>\n <li>PMP</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<p>We’re focused on providing the tools and support you need to succeed, both personally and professionally.
