The main residence will be based out of Atherton, CA, with regular travel and periods of extended time spent in NYC, Los Angeles, and the UK/Europe.  The family is seeking an exceptional nanny to become a trusted and valued member of our family team. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with additional evenings, weekends, and travel support as needed. Flexibility is key in this role!  This is a unique opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who loves travel, thrives in dynamic environments, and is passionate about early childhood development and education. Relocation will be provided, if needed. The family is ready to hire and seeking longevity. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide attentive, loving, and age-appropriate care</li>\n <li>Plan stimulating activities that promote language, creativity, and independence</li>\n <li>Support early learning through reading, arts and crafts, music, and educational play</li>\n <li>Encourage healthy routines and positive behavior</li>\n <li>Manage naps, meals, hygiene, and bedtime routines</li>\n <li>Monitor developmental milestones and proactively suggest enriching activities</li>\n <li>Accompany the family on frequent domestic and international trips</li>\n <li>Pack and organize the child’s belongings</li>\n <li>Maintain routines across time zones and changing environments</li>\n <li>Coordinate travel essentials, snacks, toys, and educational materials</li>\n <li>Maintain the child’s wardrobe, toys, and nursery in excellent order</li>\n <li>Coordinate classes, playdates, and activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Note: Private accommodation provided at all locations and during travel.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Highly experienced</li>\n <li>Nurturing</li>\n <li>Positive, calm, and discreet</li>\n <li>Energetic and playful</li>\n <li>Proactive nanny who can provide loving care while supporting the daughter’s educational, emotional, and social development</li>\n <li>Kind, warm, and genuinely loving</li>\n <li>Highly organized and adaptable</li>\n <li>Self-starting and highly dependable</li>\n <li>Confident traveling internationally with young children</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable about child development and early education</li>\n <li>Physically active and able to keep up with an energetic toddler</li>\n <li>Excited to become a long-term, trusted member of the family</li>\n <li>Comfortable working closely with entrepreneurial parents and household staff</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Legal to work in the US</li>\n <li>Background in Montessori, Norland, RIE, or similar educational philosophies is a plus</li>\n <li>Minimum 7+ years of professional childcare experience</li>\n <li>Fluent English required; additional languages are a bonus</li>\n <li>Looking for a long-term role with a wonderful family</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of early childhood education and developmental milestones</li>\n <li>Excellent references from prior employers</li>\n <li>Valid passport and ability to travel freely</li>\n <li>Clean driving record and willingness to drive</li>\n <li>CPR and First Aid certification</li>\n <li>Ability to swim preferred</li>\n <li>Extensive experience with toddlers</li>\n <li>Previous experience traveling internationally with families</li>\n <li>Work as part of a larger household team</li>\n <li>Communicate clearly with parents and other staff</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<p>The family is offering a generous salary for the right candidate from $165K+, depending on experience.  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Healthcare coverage or stipend</li>\n <li>Industry standard benefits such as PTO, paid holidays, sick pay, etc</li>\n <li>Accommodation in a separate apartment close to their home</li>\n <li>Help with relocation costs (if required)</li>\n <li>Opportunity to travel extensively and experience exceptional destinations</li>\n</ul>",
