    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>NVH Engineer - CAE</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop CAE models for NVH simulations, ensuring accuracy and quality.</li>\n <li>Perform test correlation and validation support for current and upcoming vehicle programs.</li>\n <li>Carry out root cause analysis for  full vehicle NVH issues.</li>\n <li>Suggest and implement design enablers, solutions, and recommendations to improve NVH performance.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support NVH development and achieve program targets.</li>\n <li>Provide technical inputs during design reviews and assist in resolving product-level NVH challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.</li>\n <li>5–7 years of relevant experience in NVH CAE domain.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>\n <li>Effective communication and teamwork abilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential skills</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong domain knowledge in <strong>NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness)</strong>.</li>\n <li>Good understanding of <strong>vehicle architecture</strong>.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience in <strong>Full Vehicle NVH Development</strong>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Tool Knowledge:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ansa</li>\n <li>Nastran</li>\n <li>Meta Post</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<p>5 to 7 YearsIn OEM and Tier 1 Automotive</p>",
