If our requirements fit your background, we want to talk with you!\n\nThis is a position based out of our Denver, CO office.\n\n Requirements\n\n BSME or equivalent (MSME preferred).\n Design portfolio demonstrating relevant mechanical design work is preferred.\n 3+ years of design and engineering analysis experience.\n Experience transitioning at least one complex electromechanical product from early concept into production.\n Working knowledge of designing molded, sheet metal and machined components.\n Proficient with SolidWorks ( Creo a plus ) and preparing engineering documentation per ASME Y14.5 for production release.\n On the job analysis experience in at least two of the following areas:\n\n1. Tolerance analysis\n2. FEA and/or CFD\n3. Strength of materials\n4. Heat transfer\n5. Shock and vibration\n\n Ability to work with teams in a fast paced product development environment.\n Strong written and oral communication skills.\n Familiarity with regulatory requirements and certification processes.\n Hands on performance in shop/lab skills.\n Hands on project management experience is a bonus.\n\n RESPONSIBILITIES: \n\n Broaden the breadth and depth of your technical knowledge.\n Work with clients to identify requirements; brainstorm, define and develop product solutions.\n Create detailed designs/documentation to meet project objectives.\n Identify and perform mechanical engineering analyses.\n Collaborate with ID/UX teams to produce refined product designs.\n Interface with vendors for prototyping, tooling & production.\n Test and evaluate prototypes, tooling and first articles.\n Create project and technical reports as required.\n Become adept in managing project activities\n\n Benefits\n\nCompetitive salaries, paid time off, medical, dental & vision insurance, life insurance and disability benefits, 401k, health care spending accounts, quarterly and annual company events and much more."
