This role will partner closely with a high-performing Producer and serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping manage account servicing, renewals, carrier relationships, and overall client retention.</p><p></p><p>The Account Executive will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness across a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts. This position is focused on relationship management, account retention, and client support. This not a sales role.</p><p></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the insurance lifecycle.</p><h2>RESPONSIBILITIES</h2><ul><li><p>Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned commercial insurance clients</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service</p></li><li><p>Manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and other account servicing activities</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with the Producer to support client retention and long-term account growth</p></li><li><p>Coordinate renewal activities, including gathering underwriting information, loss runs, exposure data, and supporting documentation</p></li><li><p>Work with carrier partners and internal teams to secure competitive coverage solutions and execute renewal strategies</p></li><li><p>Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness</p></li><li><p>Assist clients with coverage questions and help explain policy provisions, coverage changes, and renewal recommendations</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate documentation within agency management systems</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal service, marketing, claims, and underwriting teams to support client needs</p></li><li><p>Assist with billing inquiries and policy-related questions</p></li><li><p>Perform additional duties and projects as assigned</p></li></ul><h2>REQUIREMENTS</h2><ul><li><p>Commercial insurance experience required</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting or managing commercial insurance accounts highly beneficial</p></li><li><p>Commercial auto, transportation, or trucking insurance experience beneficial</p></li><li><p>Strong client relationship management and customer service skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships</p></li><li><p>Experience working directly with clients, carriers, underwriters, and producers</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications</p></li></ul><h2>EDUCATION AND LICENSES</h2><ul><li><p>Active Property &amp; Casualty license required or ability to obtain as required</p></li><li><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree beneficial</p></li><li><p>Professional insurance designations such as CIC, CISR, CRM, ARM, or CPCU beneficial</p></li></ul><h2></h2><p>#LI-Hybrid</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Pay Details:</span></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
