    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead Field Service Technician</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to work with local Field Service Technicians and assist/lead/train them</li>\n<li>This position will require travel throughout CherCo's Customer base (TX, LA, NM, and OK)</li>\n<li>Provide outstanding customer service</li>\n<li>Assist and/or lead in equipment:\n<ul>\n<li>Start-up/commissioning – broad understanding of procedures and requirements</li>\n<li>Compressor Package assembly and disassembly</li>\n<li>Troubleshooting and repairing compressor packages</li>\n<li>Complete minor and major overhauls and revamps</li>\n<li>Identify and address equipment, package, and plant inefficiencies/issues in a timely manner</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Calculate and interpret Compressor Performance runs and other OEM Software</li>\n<li>Provide preventative and corrective field mechanical service on gas compression</li>\n<li>High level understanding of production flows on compressors and production equipment\n<ul>\n<li>Verify flow and runs to maximize performance</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Proficient with electric and pneumatic panels and end devices</li>\n<li>Ability to decipher P&amp;ID's, Blueprints, Installation Instructions, and Technical</li>\n<li>Fully participate and champion all CherCo and Customer safety programs and incident reporting</li>\n<li>Must have own tools – at least through 3/4” drive</li>\n<li>Must have valid driver's license and good driving record</li>\n</ul>",
