You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment. Complete work in accordance with standards, operating procedures and safety practices. Conduct preventative maintenance programs on electrical equipment and record results and findings. Test equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance. Read and interpret drawings, diagrams and blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations. Install, examine, replace and repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components. Maintain, repair and test electrical systems and equipment such as power distribution. Diagnose and resolve issues in process equipment including motors and VFDs.
