          "text": "<div><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong></strong> </p><p><span><span><span>The overall objective is to provide the SOF Targeting Training Element with subject matter experts (SME) to develop, teach, and assist with implementation of a program of instruction (POI) for training SOF Cryptologic operators on advanced tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) for collection and exploitation of current and emerging communication protocols.  This includes coordination with, providing technical guidance to, analyzing feedback from, and interactively refining SOF Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) TTPs for SOF Cryptologic personnel executing global Special Operations.  The contractor shall provide qualified SMEs to be master trainer certified by NSA in order to conduct certification training/testing of SOF Cryptologic personnel.
