This remote role requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week and involves conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments of referred members through phone consultations. Responsibilities include providing diet recommendations, scheduling follow-ups, maintaining records in our ERP system, and collaborating with the care center and other departments to ensure member needs are met.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Clinical Dietitian Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Perform medical nutrition therapy, including nutrition assessments, diet modification, nutrition education, and interventions.</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Adhere to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Clinical Nutrition Policies &amp; Procedures Manual.</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Manage scheduling applications for member appointments.</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Participate in team meetings to address Nutrition Care and Education Program needs.
