This “Working Foreman” position requires hands-on experience, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to lead and motivate crews.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CONCRETE FINISHER:</span> Tasked with setting concrete forms, operating finishing equipment, and installing rebar or mesh. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and a strong desire to learn. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CONCRETE CARPENTER:</span> Responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing building frameworks and fixtures using wood and other materials. Physical labor on construction sites is required. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CONCRETE LABORER:</span> supports all phases of concrete construction, from site preparation to finishing. font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">CONCRETE WORKING FOREMAN:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Effectively lead, manage, and motivate crews of 3 to 6 individuals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Plan and schedule for necessary manpower, tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete the job.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure job sites are safe by implementing safe work practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure job sites and work practices follow OSHA rules and regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Effectively delegate responsibilities and individual tasks to crew members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Oversee and train new crew members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Communicate and report job status effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Utilize instruments for precise layout as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Communicate and interface with clients maintaining Kinsley’s reputation as first-rate contractor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Read drawings, plans, and blueprints, and conveying this information to others.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Identify and research adequate resources, labor, and equipment, to complete projects efficiently. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Operate general construction equipment such as skid steers, excavators, telehandlers, etc..</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Set complex forms ensuring correct and high-quality finished product.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Install and oversee the installation reinforcing rebar or mesh wire.</span></li>\n<li>Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CONCRETE FINISHER:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Check and set concrete form for proper construction alignment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Operate a concrete rider trowels and/or walk-behind machines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Install reinforcing rebar or mesh wire as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Spread, level, and smooth concrete using various tools such as straight edges, vibra screeds, walk behind and/or ride on trowel machines and hand trowels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform other related duties as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">CONCRETE CARPENTER:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Handling of wood, plastic, and other material.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards and ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Familiarity with bracing, scaffolding and temporary structures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Knowledge of concrete wall forms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Works on concrete foundations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Follow blueprints and building plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">CONCRETE LABORER:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure work site is safe and ready for concrete work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Construct and install wood or metal forms that shape concrete for foundations, sidewalks, slabs, walls and other structures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Operate mixers, follow mix ratios, transport concrete using wheelbarrows or pumps and pour it into prepared forms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Use tools like screeds, floats, trowels, and edgers to achieve the required surface texture and finish.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Install rebar, wire mesh or other reinforcement systems to strengthen concrete structures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Operate power tools such as saws, grinders, compactors and vibrators.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist crew as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Help with demolition, excavation and site cleanup.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Follow OSHA and site-specific safety protocols.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Stand, bend, kneel, lift heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
