    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Job/Position main responsibilities&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Completion of assigned equipment PM activities as scheduled by CMMS.</span></li>\n <li><span>Repair and troubleshoot injection press mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.</span></li>\n <li><span>Repair and troubleshoot cementing/coating mechanical, electrical, and spraying systems.</span></li>\n <li><span>Repair and troubleshoot assembly machines and hydraulic presses.</span></li>\n <li><span>Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using machine schematics and assembly drawings.</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform service and repair of electrical systems up to 480VAC.</span></li>\n <li><span>Plan and complete electrical installations, including conduit, wire sizing, and grounding.</span></li>\n <li><span>Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC and control system issues.</span></li>\n <li><span>Complete and accurately enter work activity into CMMS.</span></li>\n <li><span>Daily housekeeping and 5S of work areas and maintenance shop.</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge and practice of Hutchinson’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and requirements.</span></li>\n <li><span>Other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Candidate qualifications</p>\n<p><span><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>The employee must have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with maintenance staff and personnel from other company departments.&nbsp; Attention to detail, accuracy, completion of scheduled tasks. The employee must have strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic aptitudes, and be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision.&nbsp; Employee must understand the role and function of the maintenance organization in a manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>EDUCATION &amp;/or EXPERIENCE:</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>High school diploma or equivalent.&nbsp; Licensed journeyman electrician (8000 hours) or minimum four (4) years of equivalent electrical experience.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>Basic math and problem solving skills required for measurements, fabrication, and completion of paperwork and reporting.&nbsp; Ability to determine and calculate wire sizing, conduit sizing, and electrical load calculations.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>COMPUTER SKILLS:</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>Employee must be able to navigate and input data into CMMS.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>Hilo (fork truck) operator’s license.&nbsp; Scissor lift operator’s license.
