  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>Build Something Great</strong><br><br>· Be a key voice in the development and launch of our ophthalmology department as we expand into our multi-million dollar Dunwoody hospital.<br><br>· Help design protocols, select equipment, and shape a team to match your vision for ophthalmology excellence.<br><br><strong>Unparalleled Clinical Collaboration</strong><br><br>Work alongside a team of highly skilled specialists including:<br><br>· 5 Board-Certified Criticalists (DACVECCs) providing daily support for all hospitalized and ER cases.<br><br>· Two Surgeons + Anesthesiologist + Resident for advanced procedures and complex care.<br><br>· Internal Medicine support available every weekday.<br><br>· 7 full-time Emergency DVMs including a certified palliative care provider.<br><br><strong>Competitive Compensation &amp; No Non-Compete</strong><br><br>· ProSal model with no negative accrual — your earning potential is fully in your control.<br><br>· No non-compete clauses.
