This role is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO and offers a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
Payroll Processing & Accuracy
Process weekly, bi‑weekly, and/or monthly payrolls, including reviewing, analyzing, and correcting errors
Perform accurate and timely data entry of employee information
Calculate and produce manual checks as needed
Employee Support & Communication
Answer routine payroll and payroll tax–related questions from employees and Groups with clarity and professionalism.
Reporting, Projects & Continuous Support
Assist in the completion of ad hoc requests and special projects to support departmental needs.

Qualifications
Minimum :
H.S. Diploma/GED
Must have 1 year minimum of payroll experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Will not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
Associates Degree or 2 years of college level coursework
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
Basic knowledge of FLSA, Federal withholding requirements and state statutes governing payroll
Strong math skills; intermediate algebra
